Taylor Lautner of Twilight fame (cutie native American with long hair) certainly looks buff as he works out in the rain on the set of one of his films...
If I were this photographer I think I would find it difficult to keep my mind on the job with a naked Kenzie posing for me... 
Tom Welling is of course famous for being an American actor, (he's also a director and former male model) who portrays Clark Kent in Smallville. His other credits include Cheaper by the Dozen and 2005 remake of The Fog.
