 $175k will get you this sweet old, mountain top school house with a kitchen, full bath etc. sitting in the Catskills. Can you imagine how fun this would be to restore (unless its haunted, which it could very well be - but I don't believe in that stuff ) Somebody, please, buy this old guy and give him some love. Then invite me out for a long autumn weekend. Here
